Complete the correct form if you are interested in establishing a chapter of the ASLHS on your high school or college campus. Please note: An ASLHS sponsor applicant must be a member of ASLTA in order to establish a chapter.

Complete this form and submit it with the ASL Honor Society Chapter Application if you are interested in establishing a chapter but are not a current member of ASLTA. Note: Sponsors of the ASLHS receive a discounted ASLTA membership rate. Be sure to check the $35.00 line on the form.

2010 American Sign Language Honor Society Graduation Recognition forms will be available by April, 2010.
Complete the form and submit it by the stated deadlines if you are interested in obtaining graduation recognition materials for qualifying students. The Scholarship Fund supports projects relating to the study of ASL on your campus. Only chapters of the ASLHS may apply for these funds. Complete this form and submit it to the National Coordinator to apply for funding for special equipment, events, guest speakers, and other ASL-related materials.
